Yoga is available online AND in-person at the same time as a hybrid class. Registration closes 30 minutes before class start time. All weekly classes are 60 minutes long, unless otherwise noted. Scroll down to the schedule below to sign up for any of the weekly classes.

Our Cancellation Policy:
We understand that things happen, and emergency situations come up that are unforeseeable, but please keep in mind our policy.
If you cancel any appointment before 4:00 PM the day prior to your appointment or yoga class, you are following our cancelation policy. Thank You!
If you cancel any appointment after 4:00 PM the day prior to your appointment or yoga class, you will be invoiced a late cancellation fee which is 50% of the value of the appointment, payable at the time of cancellation by credit card*.
If you do not show up for your appointment or yoga class and fail to contact us within 15 minutes of your session's start time to let us know of your situation, you will be charged the full amount of the session.
*If you would like to send a friend or family member to take your reserved appointment or spot in yoga class, the late cancellation and/or no-show fee will be waived.
For all cancellation requests please call 571-340-3293 or email Service@mettamassagecenter.com. Cancellation requests sent via text message will not be received, we don’t have a phone that can receive them.
Why is this our policy?
Please understand that our professional therapists and yoga teachers are independent contractors who get paid per service or class. Therefore, a missed appointment or attendee is lost income for them, and a missed opportunity to help another client who could have taken the time slot you reserved.
